Casa Bella Vista has 360° panoramic views, is completely renovated and modernized with air conditioning but usually enjoys a gentle breeze year-round minimising the need for AC due to its hilltop position.

The first floor comprises one open plan living room dining room and kitchen and occupies the whole of the first floor to take advantage of the hilltop views.

Downstairs there are four bedrooms. The bedrooms are presented as three doubles with king-sized beds and one twin bedded room. One of the double beds can be separated as two singles. The three double bedded rooms all have ensuite bathrooms in travertine limestone and the single has a separate bathroom next to it. There is Wireless Internet and a version of English Sky television.

Outside Casa Bella Vista has its own 10 x 5 m swimming pool with child friendly Roman steps and unrivalled views of miles of uninhabited wooded landscapes into Umbria and the Alpe de la Luna hills of the National Park from one side and miles of rolling Tuscan hills into Tuscany on the other. The garden is laid out with a lavender bordered lawn and is fenced for child safety reasons. The house backs onto the Italian National Park area known as the Aboca a world-famous landscape cultivated for herbal remedies.
